Recipes from March's Activity


Hi all!  We had such a good time on Tuesday!  How fun to get to visit with all of you!  We had a few requests for the recipes for the yummy food that was prepared.  Here they are!

Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 bay leaves 
1 can mushrooms

Put in crockpot - cook on low-4-6 hours

Eclair Dessert
Crust
1 c. water
1 cube butter
Melt, and add:
1 c. flour

Cool, then add:
4 eggs
Beat together - spread on greased cookie sheet
Cook:  400 degrees for 20-25 minutes


Let crust coo.

Filling
8 oz cream cheese - room temperature
beat and add:
3 c. milk
1 lg vanilla instant pudding
Spread over crust

Spread Cool whip on top
Drizzle Chocolate on top
